i am unable to find the Tools Menu on the broswer. There’s no icon. I have already intsalled it twice.

i am unable to find the Tools Menu on the broswer. There’s no icon. I have already intsalled it twice.
I presume you want the horizontal Menu at the top like me…
Click on the Vivaldi logo at the top left.
Go to View.
Select Horizontal Menu Bar.
(Ctrl + M should also work.)
